Who we are
Consumer Rescue is an organization founded by consumer advocate and reporter, Michelle Couch-Friedman. Its mission is to help travelers and other consumers resolve problems between themselves and the companies they patronize. We do not sell anything — including your data. If you choose to voluntarily submit your personal information to this site to be considered for personalized assistance, your name and information can be used in a published article detailing your experience and our effort to assist you. Additional information is provided to you at the time of your request.
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you sign up for our newsletter we will collect your email and the name you provide. We will use that information only to send you the Consumer Rescue newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time.

How long we retain your data
